Owner's Curated Case of Wine
We're kicking off something new: The Cellar List, a recurring program where we open up a personally curated case of wines to our VIP guests first — before they'd ever hit a wine list or a retail shelf!
This is Drop #01.
We’re offering you first access to a personally curated 12-bottle case featuring distinctive wines from celebrated regions around the world.
Every bottle was selected for its quality, character, and sense of place. We would proudly feature these wines in our program, but we simply don’t have room right now—so this exceptional collection is available directly to you for just $230!
Think of it as a VIP perk: a handful of times a year, a new case, a new story, first access before anyone else sees it.
Inventory is limited to what's in this allocation, so once it's gone, it's gone until the next drop.
What's Inside:
🇮🇹 Italy
Trabucco, Falanghina Campania IGT 2025 A crisp, food-friendly 100% varietal white from the Falerno del Massico area, one of Italy's oldest documented wine-growing zones (references trace back to Roman times). Green apple, lemon, with a crisp but subtle mineral edge — a great glass to open the night with.
Marchesi Biscardo, Corvina Rosso Verona 2025 A rich, intense Italian red wine produced from 100% Corvina grapes in the Veneto region. Round and highly structured, it offers cherries, dark plums, and subtle, elegant spices with an unexpected silkiness to its tannins combined with well-integrated acidity that keeps the wine vibrant and highly food friendly.
La Gerla, Poggio gli Angeli IGT 2022 From a Brunello di Montalcino producer, made from young-vine Sangiovese in the Castelnuovo dell'Abate zone. Fresh, bright, and juicy, with red cherry, wild herbs, and the kind of energy that makes it dangerously easy to pour a second glass.
🇪🇸 Spain
Vinos del Viento, "Aventura" White Blend 2025 A high-elevation Spanish white field blend produced in the Campo de Borja region of Aragón, Spain. The 2025 blend is primarily Viura, balanced with Garnacha Blanca and Chardonnay. Lively, crisp finish balanced by a gently rounded texture with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and white flowers.
Castro Ventosa, Mencía "Rabbit Label" 2024 A beautiful light bodied red from one of Spain’s most respected family estates (helmed by acclaimed winemaker Raúl Pérez), sourced from old bush vines on rare sandy-chalky soils. Juicy and vibrant, with red berries and violets — a Mencia that drinks like a lighter cousin of Pinot Noir.
🇺🇸 USA
Raptor Ridge, Pinot Noir "Barrel Select" 2023 A blend of top barrels from across the Willamette Valley's best-known AVAs. Ripe cherry, red flowers, and cedar spice on the nose, with bright acidity and a long, refined finish — a true "tour of Oregon" in one glass.
The Seventy-Five Wine Company, Cabernet Sauvignon Feliz Creek Vineyard California 2023 A rich, generous Cab layered with black cherry, blackberry, and plum, complemented by hints of dark chocolate, cedar, and spice. Big enough to stand up to a ribeye, smooth enough to enjoy on its own.
USA Lone Birch, Chardonnay Yakima Valley 2024 This unoaked chardonnay showcases the region's warm-day, cool-night diurnal swing, delivering ripe orchard fruit with bright, balanced acidity. Expect notes of golden apple, ripe pear, and citrus zest, layered with subtle stone fruit.
🇫🇷 France
Chateau de Ruth, Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2024 A rich, medium-to-full-bodied red wine from the southern Rhône Valley of France. Textured and balanced offering dark fruit flavors with hints of vanilla, herbal spice, and structured tannins.
Zazou, Picpoul de Pinet, Languedoc-Roussillon 2025 A vibrant, bone-dry white wine from Southern France made from 100% Picpoul Blanc grapes. Light-bodied and highly energetic. Balanced flavors of orchard fruits and lemon zest, crafted to emphasize natural freshness, clean minerality, and lively acidity
🇿🇦 South Africa
Piekenierskloof, Grenache Rosé 2025 From one of the highest-elevation vineyard areas in the Western Cape, home to some of South Africa's oldest Grenache vines. Succulent strawberry, cherry, and raspberry with a whisper of rose petal — a rosé with real fruit weight behind it.
Leeuwenkuil Family Vineyards, Chenin Blanc 2025 Dry-land, bush-vine Chenin from the Swartland, one of the world's great Chenin Blanc regions. Tropical fruit, pear, and green apple lead into a fresh, mineral-driven finish — a textbook example of why Swartland Chenin punches so far above its price point.
